Εφόσον έχετε συναινέσει στην επεξεργασία δεδομένων, επεξεργαζόμαστε τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα βάσει του άρθρου 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ (GDPR) ή του άρθρου 9 παρ. 2 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ, εφόσον υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία ειδικές κατηγορίες δεδομένων κατά το άρθρο 9 παρ. 1 ΓΚΠΔ. Σε περίπτωση ρητής συγκατάθεσης για διαβίβαση προσωπικών δεδομένων σε τρίτες χώρες, η επεξεργασία βασίζεται επίσης στο άρθρο 49 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ. Εφόσον έχετε συναινέσει στην αποθήκευση cookies ή στην πρόσβαση σε πληροφορίες στη συσκευή σας (π.χ. μέσω device fingerprinting), η επεξεργασία βασίζεται επιπλέον στο § 25 παρ. 1 TTDSG. Η συγκατάθεση μπορεί να ανακληθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Αν τα δεδομένα σας είναι απαραίτητα για την εκτέλεση σύμβασης ή για την υλοποίηση προσυμβατικών μέτρων, τα επεξεργαζόμαστε βάσει του άρθρου 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. β) ΓΚΠΔ. Επιπλέον, επεξεργαζόμαστε τα δεδομένα σας εφόσον αυτό είναι απαραίτητο για την τήρηση νομικής υποχρέωσης βάσει του άρθρου 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. γ) ΓΚΠΔ. Η επεξεργασία μπορεί επίσης να βασίζεται στο έννομο συμφέρον μας κατά το άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ. Για τις κατά περίπτωση εφαρμοστέες νομικές βάσεις ενημερώνεστε στις ακόλουθες ενότητες της παρούσας πολιτικής απορρήτου.

Αποδέκτες προσωπικών δεδομένων

Στο πλαίσιο των επιχειρηματικών μας δραστηριοτήτων συνεργαζόμαστε με διάφορους εξωτερικούς φορείς. Σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις απαιτείται και η διαβίβαση προσωπικών δεδομένων σε αυτούς τους εξωτερικούς φορείς.

Διαβιβάζουμε προσωπικά δεδομένα σε εξωτερικούς φορείς μόνο όταν αυτό απαιτείται για την εκτέλεση σύμβασης, όταν υποχρεούμαστε νομικά (π.χ. διαβίβαση σε φορολογικές αρχές), όταν έχουμε έννομο συμφέρον κατά το άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ ή όταν άλλη νομική βάση επιτρέπει τη διαβίβαση. Όταν χρησιμοποιούμε εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία, διαβιβάζουμε προσωπικά δεδομένα των πελατών μας μόνο βάσει έγκυρης σύμβασης επεξεργασίας κατ’ εντολή. Σε περίπτωση κοινής επεξεργασίας συνάπτεται σύμβαση κοινής επεξεργασίας.

Ανάκληση της συγκατάθεσής σας για την επεξεργασία δεδομένων

Πολλές διαδικασίες επεξεργασίας δεδομένων είναι δυνατές μόνο με τη ρητή συγκατάθεσή σας. Μπορείτε να ανακαλέσετε οποιαδήποτε συγκατάθεση έχετε ήδη δώσει ανά πάσα στιγμή. Η νομιμότητα της επεξεργασίας που πραγματοποιήθηκε έως την ανάκληση δεν επηρεάζεται από την ανάκληση.

Δικαίωμα εναντίωσης στη συλλογή δεδομένων σε ειδικές περιπτώσεις καθώς και στη διαφήμιση άμεσης προώθησης (άρθρο 21 ΓΚΠΔ)

Εάν η επεξεργασία δεδομένων βασίζεται στο άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. ε) ή στ) ΓΚΠΔ, έχετε το δικαίωμα ανά πάσα στιγμή, για λόγους που απορρέουν από την ιδιαίτερη κατάστασή σας, να εναντιωθείτε στην επεξεργασία των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων· αυτό ισχύει επίσης για την κατάρτιση προφίλ (profiling) που βασίζεται στις εν λόγω διατάξεις. Η αντίστοιχη νομική βάση στην οποία στηρίζεται η επεξεργασία αναφέρεται στην παρούσα πολιτική απορρήτου.

Εάν εναντιωθείτε, δεν θα επεξεργαζόμαστε πλέον τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα, εκτός αν μπορούμε να αποδείξουμε επιτακτικούς λόγους έννομου συμφέροντος για την επεξεργασία που υπερισχύουν των συμφερόντων, δικαιωμάτων και ελευθεριών σας ή αν η επεξεργασία εξυπηρετεί τη θεμελίωση, άσκηση ή υποστήριξη νομικών αξιώσεων (εναντίωση κατά το άρθρο 21 παρ. 1 ΓΚΠΔ).

Εάν τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα υποβάλλονται σε επεξεργασία για σκοπούς άμεσης εμπορικής προώθησης, έχετε το δικαίωμα να εναντιωθείτε ανά πάσα στιγμή στην επεξεργασία των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων για τον σκοπό αυτό· αυτό ισχύει επίσης για profiling, στον βαθμό που σχετίζεται με τέτοια άμεση προώθηση. Εάν εναντιωθείτε, τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα δεν θα χρησιμοποιούνται πλέον για σκοπούς άμεσης προώθησης (εναντίωση κατά το άρθρο 21 παρ. 2 ΓΚΠΔ).

Δικαίωμα υποβολής καταγγελίας στην αρμόδια εποπτική αρχή

Σε περίπτωση παραβιάσεων του ΓΚΠΔ, τα υποκείμενα των δεδομένων έχουν δικαίωμα υποβολής καταγγελίας σε εποπτική αρχή, ιδίως στο κράτος μέλος της συνήθους διαμονής τους, του τόπου εργασίας τους ή του τόπου της εικαζόμενης παράβασης. Το δικαίωμα καταγγελίας υφίσταται με την επιφύλαξη άλλων διοικητικών ή δικαστικών ενδίκων μέσων.

Δικαίωμα στη φορητότητα δεδομένων

Έχετε το δικαίωμα να λάβετε δεδομένα που επεξεργαζόμαστε αυτοματοποιημένα βάσει της συγκατάθεσής σας ή για την εκτέλεση σύμβασης, σε κοινώς χρησιμοποιούμενη, μηχανικά αναγνώσιμη μορφή, και να τα διαβιβάσετε σε τρίτο. Αν ζητήσετε απευθείας διαβίβαση σε άλλον υπεύθυνο επεξεργασίας, αυτό θα γίνει μόνο στον βαθμό που είναι τεχνικά εφικτό.

Δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης και διαγραφής

Στο πλαίσιο των ισχυουσών νομικών διατάξεων, έχετε δικαίωμα ανά πάσα στιγμή να λάβετε δωρεάν πληροφορίες για τα αποθηκευμένα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα, την προέλευση και τους αποδέκτες τους, καθώς και τον σκοπό της επεξεργασίας και, κατά περίπτωση, δικαίωμα διόρθωσης ή διαγραφής. Για αυτά, καθώς και για περαιτέρω ερωτήσεις σχετικά με τα προσωπικά δεδομένα, μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Δικαίωμα περιορισμού της επεξεργασίας

Έχετε το δικαίωμα να ζητήσετε τον περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων. Μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας ανά πάσα στιγμή για τον σκοπό αυτό. Το δικαίωμα περιορισμού ισχύει στις ακόλουθες περιπτώσεις:

  • Αν αμφισβητείτε την ακρίβεια των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων που έχουμε αποθηκεύσει, συνήθως χρειαζόμαστε χρόνο για να το επαληθεύσουμε. Για τη διάρκεια της επαλήθευσης έχετε δικαίωμα να ζητήσετε περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας.
  • Αν η επεξεργασία των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων ήταν/είναι παράνομη, μπορείτε αντί για διαγραφή να ζητήσετε περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας.
  • Αν δεν χρειαζόμαστε πλέον τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα, αλλά τα χρειάζεστε για τη θεμελίωση, άσκηση ή υποστήριξη νομικών αξιώσεων, έχετε δικαίωμα να ζητήσετε περιορισμό αντί για διαγραφή.
  • Αν έχετε υποβάλει εναντίωση σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 21 παρ. 1 ΓΚΠΔ, πρέπει να γίνει στάθμιση των συμφερόντων σας με τα δικά μας. Όσο δεν έχει ακόμη διαπιστωθεί ποια συμφέροντα υπερισχύουν, έχετε δικαίωμα να ζητήσετε περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας.

Αν έχετε περιορίσει την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών σας δεδομένων, αυτά τα δεδομένα – πέρα από την αποθήκευσή τους – επιτρέπεται να υποβληθούν σε επεξεργασία μόνο με τη συγκατάθεσή σας ή για τη θεμελίωση, άσκηση ή υποστήριξη νομικών αξιώσεων ή για την προστασία των δικαιωμάτων άλλου φυσικού ή νομικού προσώπου ή για λόγους σημαντικού δημόσιου συμφέροντος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ή κράτους μέλους.

Κρυπτογράφηση SSL ή TLS

Ο ιστότοπος αυτός χρησιμοποιεί κρυπτογράφηση SSL/TLS για λόγους ασφαλείας και για την προστασία της μετάδοσης εμπιστευτικού περιεχομένου, όπως π.χ. παραγγελίες ή αιτήματα που μας αποστέλλετε ως διαχειριστή του ιστότοπου. Μπορείτε να αναγνωρίσετε μια κρυπτογραφημένη σύνδεση από το ότι η γραμμή διεύθυνσης του προγράμματος περιήγησης αλλάζει από «http://» σε «https://» και από το εικονίδιο κλειδαριάς. Αν είναι ενεργή η κρυπτογράφηση SSL/TLS, τα δεδομένα που μας μεταδίδετε δεν μπορούν να αναγνωστούν από τρίτους.

Εναντίωση σε διαφημιστικά e-mail

Εναντιωνόμαστε στη χρήση των στοιχείων επικοινωνίας που δημοσιεύονται στο πλαίσιο της υποχρέωσης αναγραφής στοιχείων (imprint) για την αποστολή μη ρητά ζητηθείσας διαφήμισης και ενημερωτικού υλικού. Οι διαχειριστές των σελίδων επιφυλάσσονται ρητά του δικαιώματος λήψης νομικών μέτρων σε περίπτωση αποστολής ανεπιθύμητων διαφημιστικών πληροφοριών, π.χ. μέσω spam e-mails.

4. Συλλογή δεδομένων σε αυτόν τον ιστότοπο

Cookies

Οι ιστοσελίδες μας χρησιμοποιούν τα λεγόμενα «cookies». Τα cookies είναι μικρά πακέτα δεδομένων και δεν προκαλούν ζημιά στη συσκευή σας. Αποθηκεύονται είτε προσωρινά για τη διάρκεια μιας συνεδρίας (session cookies) είτε μόνιμα (permanent cookies) στη συσκευή σας. Τα session cookies διαγράφονται αυτόματα μετά το τέλος της επίσκεψής σας. Τα permanent cookies παραμένουν αποθηκευμένα στη συσκευή σας μέχρι να τα διαγράψετε εσείς ή μέχρι να διαγραφούν αυτόματα από το πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας.

Τα cookies μπορεί να προέρχονται από εμάς (first-party cookies) ή από τρίτες εταιρείες (third-party cookies). Τα third-party cookies επιτρέπουν την ενσωμάτωση ορισμένων υπηρεσιών τρίτων μέσα σε ιστοσελίδες (π.χ. cookies για την επεξεργασία υπηρεσιών πληρωμών).

Τα cookies έχουν διάφορες λειτουργίες. Πολλά cookies είναι τεχνικά απαραίτητα, επειδή ορισμένες λειτουργίες του ιστότοπου δεν θα λειτουργούσαν χωρίς αυτά (π.χ. λειτουργία καλαθιού αγορών ή προβολή βίντεο). Άλλα cookies μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν για την αξιολόγηση της συμπεριφοράς χρήσης ή για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς.

Cookies που απαιτούνται για τη διενέργεια της ηλεκτρονικής επικοινωνίας, για την παροχή ορισμένων λειτουργιών που ζητάτε ή για τη βελτιστοποίηση του ιστότοπου («απαραίτητα cookies») αποθηκεύονται βάσει του άρθρου 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ, εκτός αν αναφέρεται άλλη νομική βάση. Ο διαχειριστής του ιστότοπου έχει έννομο συμφέρον να αποθηκεύει απαραίτητα cookies για την τεχνικά απρόσκοπτη και βελτιστοποιημένη παροχή των υπηρεσιών του. Εφόσον ζητήθηκε συγκατάθεση για την αποθήκευση cookies και παρόμοιων τεχνολογιών αναγνώρισης, η επεξεργασία πραγματοποιείται αποκλειστικά βάσει αυτής της συγκατάθεσης (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ και § 25 παρ. 1 TTDSG)· η συγκατάθεση μπορεί να ανακληθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε το πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας ώστε να ενημερώνεστε για τη ρύθμιση cookies και να επιτρέπετε cookies μόνο κατά περίπτωση, να αποκλείετε την αποδοχή cookies για ορισμένες περιπτώσεις ή γενικά, καθώς και να ενεργοποιείτε την αυτόματη διαγραφή cookies όταν κλείνετε το πρόγραμμα περιήγησης. Αν απενεργοποιηθούν τα cookies, ενδέχεται να περιοριστεί η λειτουργικότητα αυτού του ιστότοπου. Ποια cookies και υπηρεσίες χρησιμοποιούνται σε αυτόν τον ιστότοπο μπορείτε να το δείτε στην παρούσα πολιτική απορρήτου.

Φόρμα επικοινωνίας

Αν μας στείλετε αιτήματα μέσω της φόρμας επικοινωνίας, τα στοιχεία σας από τη φόρμα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των στοιχείων επικοινωνίας που δηλώνετε εκεί, αποθηκεύονται από εμάς για την επεξεργασία του αιτήματος και σε περίπτωση περαιτέρω ερωτήσεων. Δεν διαβιβάζουμε αυτά τα δεδομένα χωρίς τη συγκατάθεσή σας.

Η επεξεργασία αυτών των δεδομένων βασίζεται στο άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. β) ΓΚΠΔ, εφόσον το αίτημά σας σχετίζεται με την εκτέλεση σύμβασης ή είναι απαραίτητο για προσυμβατικά μέτρα. Σε όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις, η επεξεργασία βασίζεται στο έννομο συμφέρον μας για την αποτελεσματική διεκπεραίωση των αιτημάτων που απευθύνονται σε εμάς (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ) ή στη συγκατάθεσή σας (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ), εφόσον ζητήθηκε· η συγκατάθεση μπορεί να ανακληθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Τα δεδομένα που εισάγετε στη φόρμα επικοινωνίας παραμένουν σε εμάς μέχρι να ζητήσετε διαγραφή, να ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας για αποθήκευση ή μέχρι να εκλείψει ο σκοπός αποθήκευσης (π.χ. μετά την ολοκλήρωση της επεξεργασίας του αιτήματός σας). Αίτημα μέσω e-mail, τηλεφώνου ή φαξ

Αν επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας μέσω e-mail, τηλεφώνου ή φαξ, το αίτημά σας, συμπεριλαμβανομένων όλων των προσωπικών δεδομένων που προκύπτουν από αυτό (όνομα, αίτημα), αποθηκεύεται και υποβάλλεται σε επεξεργασία από εμάς για τον σκοπό της διεκπεραίωσης. Δεν διαβιβάζουμε αυτά τα δεδομένα χωρίς τη συγκατάθεσή σας.

Η επεξεργασία αυτών των δεδομένων βασίζεται στο άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. β) ΓΚΠΔ, εφόσον το αίτημά σας σχετίζεται με την εκτέλεση σύμβασης ή είναι απαραίτητο για προσυμβατικά μέτρα. Σε όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις, η επεξεργασία βασίζεται στο έννομο συμφέρον μας για την αποτελεσματική διεκπεραίωση των αιτημάτων (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ) ή στη συγκατάθεσή σας (άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ), εφόσον ζητήθηκε· η συγκατάθεση μπορεί να ανακληθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Τα δεδομένα που μας αποστέλλετε μέσω αιτημάτων επικοινωνίας παραμένουν σε εμάς μέχρι να ζητήσετε διαγραφή, να ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας για αποθήκευση ή μέχρι να εκλείψει ο σκοπός αποθήκευσης (π.χ. μετά την ολοκλήρωση της διεκπεραίωσης). Υποχρεωτικές νομικές διατάξεις – ιδίως νόμιμες προθεσμίες διατήρησης – παραμένουν ανεπηρέαστες.

5. Εργαλεία ανάλυσης και διαφήμιση

Matomo

Αυτός ο ιστότοπος χρησιμοποιεί την υπηρεσία ανάλυσης ιστού ανοικτού κώδικα Matomo.

Με τη βοήθεια του Matomo μπορούμε να συλλέγουμε και να αναλύουμε δεδομένα σχετικά με τη χρήση του ιστότοπού μας από τους επισκέπτες. Έτσι μπορούμε, μεταξύ άλλων, να διαπιστώσουμε πότε έγιναν προβολές σελίδων και από ποια περιοχή προέρχονται. Επίσης καταγράφουμε διάφορα αρχεία καταγραφής (π.χ. διεύθυνση IP, referrer, πρόγραμμα περιήγησης και λειτουργικό σύστημα) και μπορούμε να μετρήσουμε αν οι επισκέπτες εκτελούν ορισμένες ενέργειες (π.χ. κλικ, αγορές κ.λπ.).

Η χρήση αυτού του εργαλείου ανάλυσης βασίζεται στο άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ. Ο διαχειριστής του ιστότοπου έχει έννομο συμφέρον να αναλύει τη συμπεριφορά χρήσης ώστε να βελτιστοποιεί τόσο την προσφορά του όσο και τη διαφήμισή του. Εφόσον ζητήθηκε αντίστοιχη συγκατάθεση, η επεξεργασία πραγματοποιείται αποκλειστικά βάσει του άρθρου 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ και του § 25 παρ. 1 TTDSG, στο μέτρο που η συγκατάθεση περιλαμβάνει την αποθήκευση cookies ή την πρόσβαση σε πληροφορίες στη συσκευή του χρήστη (π.χ. device fingerprinting) κατά την έννοια του TTDSG. Η συγκατάθεση μπορεί να ανακληθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Ανωνυμοποίηση IP (Matomo)

Χρησιμοποιούμε ανωνυμοποίηση IP για την ανάλυση με Matomo. Η διεύθυνση IP σας συντομεύεται πριν από την ανάλυση, ώστε να μην μπορεί πλέον να συσχετιστεί με σαφήνεια με εσάς.

Ανάλυση χωρίς cookies

Έχουμε ρυθμίσει το Matomo έτσι ώστε να μην αποθηκεύει cookies στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησής σας.

Φιλοξενία

Φιλοξενούμε το Matomo αποκλειστικά στους δικούς μας διακομιστές, ώστε όλα τα δεδομένα ανάλυσης να παραμένουν σε εμάς και να μην διαβιβάζονται.

WP Statistics

Αυτός ο ιστότοπος χρησιμοποιεί το εργαλείο ανάλυσης WP Statistics για τη στατιστική αξιολόγηση της πρόσβασης επισκεπτών. Πάροχος είναι η Veronalabs, Tatari 64, 10134, Tallinn, Estonia.

Με το WP Statistics μπορούμε να αναλύουμε τη χρήση του ιστότοπού μας. Το WP Statistics συλλέγει, μεταξύ άλλων, αρχεία καταγραφής (διεύθυνση IP, referrer, χρησιμοποιούμενο πρόγραμμα περιήγησης, προέλευση χρήστη, χρησιμοποιούμενη μηχανή αναζήτησης) και ενέργειες που πραγματοποίησαν οι επισκέπτες στον ιστότοπο (π.χ. κλικ και προβολές).

Τα δεδομένα που συλλέγονται με το WP Statistics αποθηκεύονται αποκλειστικά στον δικό μας διακομιστή.

Η χρήση αυτού του εργαλείου ανάλυσης βασίζεται στο άρθρο 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. στ) ΓΚΠΔ. Έχουμε έννομο συμφέρον για την ανωνυμοποιημένη ανάλυση της συμπεριφοράς χρήσης ώστε να βελτιστοποιούμε τόσο την προσφορά μας όσο και τη διαφήμισή μας. Εφόσον ζητήθηκε αντίστοιχη συγκατάθεση, η επεξεργασία πραγματοποιείται αποκλειστικά βάσει του άρθρου 6 παρ. 1 στοιχ. α) ΓΚΠΔ και του § 25 παρ. 1 TTDSG, στο μέτρο που η συγκατάθεση περιλαμβάνει την αποθήκευση cookies ή την πρόσβαση σε πληροφορίες στη συσκευή του χρήστη (π.χ. device fingerprinting) κατά την έννοια του TTDSG. Η συγκατάθεση μπορεί να ανακληθεί ανά πάσα στιγμή.

Ανωνυμοποίηση IP (WP Statistics)

Χρησιμοποιούμε το WP Statistics με ανωνυμοποιημένη IP. Η διεύθυνση IP σας συντομεύεται, ώστε να μην μπορεί πλέον να συσχετιστεί άμεσα με εσάς.
